The Work Department

The Work Department is a women-led design for social impact studio. They design tools, facilitate conversations, and engage people. The Work Department partners with businesses and organizations whose values align with theirs those who prioritize access, equity, and shared respect. Because they believe people are experts in their own lives, listening and adapting are always part of their approach. Through this people-centered process, they translate complex information to be more accessible.
