Samsung Chile’s B2C ecommerce profit grows 4 times with VTEX Live Shopping

Samsung Chile turned to VTEX to boost its B2C ecommerce performance and better connect its brand with shoppers through a more interactive online experience. The company was looking for a way to promote products and offers more effectively while increasing engagement and driving stronger ecommerce results.

VTEX provided its Live Shopping App, enabling Samsung Chile to run a 60-minute live shopping event with a presenter and interactive product showcase. The session attracted more than 1,500 viewers and generated over 1,600 interactions, while order percentage increased by 163% versus a normal online shopping day, resulting in nearly a fourfold increase in turnover rate.
