A Twitter Case Study
Samsung España launched AddWash with the goal of showing how the product makes technology work in everyday routines and removing consumer doubts about adding forgotten items mid-wash. They chose Twitter to generate awareness, engage users directly, and scale answers through conversational formats.
To drive reach and participation they combined promoted Tweets and video with influencer content, a real-time chatbot and a Moment, using humor and personalization to incentivize user involvement. The integrated approach delivered strong results — 23.9M impressions, 227.6K engagements and 10.5K interactions — boosting awareness, reinforcing product benefits and reducing barriers to trial.
