Groupon implemented Sprinklr as its global social content management and measurement platform across 47 countries, giving teams a single workflow to produce, review, schedule and measure content. The platform’s Social Asset Manager and custom dashboards allowed centralized sharing with local autonomy, driving publishing scale (3,000–10,000 posts weekly across 174 local Twitter handles), improved operational efficiency, real-time performance insights and reduced content production costs.
