Proximus, Belgium’s leading provider of telephony, internet, television and network-based ICT services, serves over 14,000 employees and a broad product portfolio. Since 2015 Proximus implemented Showpad, rebuilding content libraries from scratch to create a fresh, coherent, easy-to-use hub for sellers. The platform increased efficiency and effectiveness across Sales and Marketing, made content easier to share and track after meetings, provided insight into which collateral drives value, and helped boost interactions and lead generation.
