Greg Kullberg, who manages enablement for hundreds of people worldwide, found their Confluence wiki had become cluttered and fragmented—information was scattered across pages and spaces, hard to find, and prone to duplication—so VMware needed form-based entry and configurable reporting to keep teams aligned.
ServiceRocket implemented the Scaffolding add-on for structured, form-driven data capture and the Reporting add-on for live roll-ups, charts, dashboards and alerts. The tools made data entry consistent, enabled real-time reporting and drill-downs, reduced duplication, improved visibility between teams, and streamlined meetings—helping VMware scale collaboration and maintain alignment across its global organization.
