With Ordina, Proximus implemented a sensor-based smart application using SAP Internet of Things, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Extension Suite on SAP Business Technology Platform, integrated with SAP ERP and contractor systems. The solution enables end-to-end tracking from warehouse to site, cut inventory levels by 15%, reduced fines and delays, improved loss/damage reporting and asset documentation, optimized cash flow and asset lifecycles, increased revenues, and can be reused or commercialized for other use cases.
