Using Pardot Engagement Studio, Sales Cloud dashboards, API-driven activation links, and Social Studio for outreach, the team executed free-trial campaigns, improved lead handoffs and response times, and launched successfully at VMworld—driving faster innovation, lower integration costs, and tighter collaboration across marketing, sales, and support.
