With multiple Salesforce instances and a patchwork of marketing tools, the company needed a unified marketing platform built and ready within 90 days to reach new audiences and support existing customers.
VMware standardized on Salesforce solutions (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Pardot) and partnered with Success Cloud for implementation guidance. Using Pardot Engagement Studio, Sales Cloud dashboards, API integrations and Social Studio, the team launched the integrated platform on time, streamlined lead handling and onboarding, improved cross‑functional collaboration, and boosted customer engagement and public confidence in the new offering.
