How Trustpilot drives account engagement and pipeline with hyper-relevant ABM campaigns

Trustpilot, the consumer review site, faced a rapidly changing and expanding ideal customer profile as its consumer and business customer base grew. To move from broad segmentation to account-based targeting, Trustpilot’s U.S. Demand Gen team selected RollWorks as its ABM platform—using RollWorks Account Scoring plus RollWorks integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce—to identify, prioritize and target the right accounts.

RollWorks built a custom predictive model that narrowed Trustpilot’s 10,000-account list to 2,000 and then to 500 high-probability prospects, and powered geo-specific and national campaigns. The RollWorks-powered efforts reached 84% of target accounts in Chicago and Houston (53% visited Trustpilot.com and 45% of those visitors engaged) and delivered national campaign lifts (44% reached, 31% visited, 25% engaged), driving measurable increases in engagement and pipeline growth.
