With Pendo, Demandbase created a playbook-style guide in just a few hours and began testing in-app messaging to drive orchestration meetings; four customers booked meetings after seeing the guide. Demandbase also used Pendo in-app polls to collect real-time feedback on AI agents, helping the team learn whether the agents were improving speed and pipeline impact so they can refine and A/B test them more effectively.
