Vodafone’s Digital Transformation An end-to-end global order automation solution

Vodafone, the leading telecommunications company, faced a complex, time-consuming, and outdated ordering process across its business segment, where customers needed bespoke products and experiences in multiple countries. To simplify and automate this global order flow, Vodafone worked with Pegasystems, using Pega Cloud and the Global Order Assurance Application (GOA) to modernize its order automation platform.

Pegasystems helped Vodafone migrate GOA from on-premises to Pega Cloud and launch a company-wide “single front door” for digital orders, enabling a consistent “right first time” experience with zero-touch processing. The results included 400 VGE orders submitted digitally in six months, 85.4% of digital-capable orders submitted digitally, a 40% reduction in turnaround time for IPVPN orders, lower cycle time and revenue leakage, and support for bulk ordering.
