Zendesk, a rapidly growing customer-service software company based in San Francisco, needed an ERP that could scale with its international expansion and public-company requirements. Having moved off QuickBooks in 2012, the challenge was to achieve real-time global financial consolidation, multi-currency support and reduced manual IT overhead to support an IPO and operations across many subsidiaries and countries.

Working with Demand Solutions Group, Zendesk implemented NetSuite OneWorld to provide near real-time consolidation, multi-currency capabilities, SuiteCloud integrations and self-service reporting. The platform freed IT to focus on strategic priorities, helped power Zendesk’s 2014 IPO and supported growth to over 101,000 customers in 150+ countries, while advancing the company’s industry leadership and GRC initiatives.
