A top-100 U.S. bank pursuing growth through acquisitions had complex, decentralized sales operations across multiple business units selling consumer and commercial products. Key challenges included entirely manual incentive compensation processes, a scattered employee referral program with inconsistent local processes, and a complex technical environment with about 20 disparate data sources that made tracking, administration and measurement inefficient and error-prone.

Optymyze implemented a custom referral-management application using Sales Application Studio and deployed the Sales Analytics Platform to automate ETL and analytics, delivering the referral app in about 90 days and beginning incentive-comp automation for multiple business units. The solution centralized referral administration, integrated ~20 data streams, simplified and sped up referral payouts (boosting participation), automated compensation workflows, and provided the foundation for referral and sales-performance analytics and optimization.
