Adopting ON24 enabled automated live-to-on‑demand conversion, global expansion with auto-translation and captions, new program types (FastTrack and PEAK Bites), and robust analytics with HubSpot integration. As a result, ServiceNow grew from 120 to 214 partner events (a 78% program increase), saw a 50% lift in attendance conversion, and reclaimed roughly one week of work per month.
