Netcracker, an NEC company, was selected by Telefónica to lead a large-scale BSS transformation across seven Latin American operators. Telefónica needed to replace legacy billing systems and standardize platforms and processes across multiple countries to support convergent services, improve customer experience and accelerate time-to-market.
Netcracker deployed its pre‑integrated BSS suite and implementation methodology—covering CRM, product catalog, ordering, customer care, self‑service, billing, mediation, collections and partner management—to align operations and standardize billing, rating and provisioning. The program streamlines processes, reduces complexity and time‑to‑market, and enables the seven operators to deliver a more nimble, competitive and customer‑focused experience.
