NICE Systems, a global leader in software that helps organizations take the next best action across customer experience, compliance and security, faced a content personalization challenge: with multiple domains, recent acquisitions and a wide product portfolio, the website needed to deliver the most relevant content to many anonymous and regional visitors while supporting account-based marketing and multi-user campaign management integrated with Marketo.
NICE deployed Marketo RTP to surface firmographic data, enable multi-user, region- and account-specific campaigns, and integrate real-time lead data with Marketo Lead Management. The results were strong: visitors exposed to RTP saw average visit duration up 48% (and 193% for those who engaged) and pages per visit up 32% (103% for engaged visitors); video consumption rose ~450%; personalized visitors convert 5x more than average and account for about 30% of online goal completions.
