Lenovo wanted to increase the visibility and engagement of its internal thought leaders to build brand credibility and support full-funnel marketing. The challenge was to efficiently boost existing employee content to the right LinkedIn audiences and position employees as industry experts to broaden reach and influence.
Using LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads, Lenovo identified highly engaged employees and amplified their organic posts to new audiences. A pilot with the ESG Executive Director produced a 6x higher engagement rate and 450+ new followers, and the program scaled to 30+ leaders—generating an average of 285 followers per TLA and more than 9,000 new followers overall—while exposure to TLAs led to a 63% higher mid-funnel campaign CTR.
