Snowflake, the cloud data platform powering the Data Cloud, needed to drive RSVPs and high-quality leads for its annual virtual Summit (June 13–16, 2021). The ABM team set an ambitious goal of 2,000 RSVPs (part of a 60k global target) and wanted a new approach beyond traditional email to capture and route leads effectively.
Snowflake partnered with LinkedIn on a Marketo integration and used Lead Gen Forms, personalized outreach (including coffee gift cards), and SDR-facilitated introductions and tailored agendas. The campaign massively exceeded expectations: 6,902 LinkedIn-sourced registrations (4,494 unique accounts), 1,920 live attendees (27% attendance), and 175 high-quality enterprise leads—an approach now being rolled out to other regional and global events.
