Using Insider’s Web Push Notifications, M&S sent cart abandonment messages to bring visitors back to their baskets and complete purchases. The campaign achieved a 15.1% cart recovery rate, well above the industry average cited in the case study, and the move to native opt-in delivered a 20% uplift in web push subscribers.
