How did Infinity connect 17,000 of Vodafone’s sales calls to the affiliate partner responsible

Vodafone, the multinational telecommunications company, needed a way to track phone-based broadband and high-value product sales back to the affiliate partners driving them. Working with Infinity Tracking and its Conversation Analytics platform, Vodafone aimed to solve the problem of attributing calls from comparison, content, and cashback sites, where offline sales had previously been impossible to connect to the right channel or partner.

Infinity Tracking assigned unique phone numbers to key affiliate sites and used Keyword Spotting in Conversation Analytics to identify sales-related calls and other useful conversation themes. As a result, Vodafone attributed over 17,000 sales in six months, achieved a 7.5% call-to-purchase conversion rate, and began selling high-value products via affiliates eight months earlier than before.
