A Facebook Case Study
T‑Mobile Poland, part of T‑Mobile International AG and a leading mobile operator in Central and Eastern Europe, wanted to turn its recent “best in test” recognition into broader consumer awareness. The challenge was to quickly and cost‑effectively communicate that it offers the fastest network and best customer experience to digital‑savvy 18–44-year‑olds across Poland.
The solution was a 4‑week Facebook video campaign featuring Polish celebrities performing an updated “Simply the Best” spot and promotional offers, using Ads, Video in Desktop and Mobile News Feed, core targeting and conversion tracking. The campaign reached 2.6 million people, captured 97% of the target group on Facebook mobile, and delivered major cost efficiencies—82% lower cost per reach and 60% lower cost per GRP versus TV, plus substantial savings compared with other online channels.
