Case Study: Vodafone clarifies research outcomes with Dscout

A dscout Case Study

Preview of the Vodafone Case Study

Vodafone uses dscout to sharpen research with 3 custom scores

Vodafone, a leading telecommunications company, faced the challenge of translating deep qualitative user research into clear, actionable insights for its stakeholders across product design, UX, and research teams. They partnered with the vendor dscout to help create a shared language that could effectively communicate the value and usability of their products from discovery to validation.

The solution implemented by dscout was the development of a custom scoring system. Vodafone created three key metrics: a Customer Effort Score (CES), a Customer Proposition Score (CPS), and a UX Expert Score (UXS). This framework allowed them to separately measure the value of an idea and the usability of its design. Using dscout, Vodafone gathered rich, in-context data to power these scores. The result was a highly digestible and shared language that improved stakeholder engagement, allowed for more informed product decisions, and helped the team efficiently summarize and focus their research findings.
