To address this, VMware engaged CloudBlue and adopted the CloudBlue platform (including CloudBlue Connect) to unify subscription lifecycle management, order fulfillment and billing across its partner ecosystem.

CloudBlue implemented a unified technology stack—product‑agnostic connectors to CloudBlue Commerce, a single self‑service portal and automated order‑to‑fulfillment workflows—enabling global product listings, unified billing and partner autonomy. As a result, VMware accelerated time‑to‑market and time‑to‑revenue, unlocked analytics to guide product strategy, scaled offerings across its 42 operating countries, and opened new SMB revenue streams.
