Vodafone’s MyVodafone app team faced a scaling challenge: retain and monetize a large prepaid user base while reducing costly churn and app uninstalls. With goals to grow prepaid revenue ~2.5x, boost notification engagement 2–2.5x, and run effective win-back campaigns, the team found their existing stack was manual, fragmented across channels (email/SMS) and unable to deliver timely, personalized messages at scale.

By adopting CleverTap’s Flows, Cohorts, Uninstall Tracking, Trends and Pivots, Vodafone automated omnichannel campaigns and targeted users at key moments (e.g., abandoned transactions and incomplete registrations).
