Cegid Valuekeep

Cegid Valuekeep is an intelligent cloud-based maintenance management software for companies in any industry to carry out their maintenance operations more efficiently and cost-effectively that, since July 2022, became part of Cegid's portfolio, a global leading provider of cloud business management solutions for finance (cash-flow, tax, ERP), human resources (payroll, talent management), CPAs, retail and entrepreneurial sectors. Valuekeep is now part of Cegid and is named Cegid Valuekeep as of today. Cegid has 4,400 employees worldwide and sells its solutions in 130 countries. Cegid reported annual revenues of €791 million (December 31 2022). Pascal Houillon has been the CEO since March 2017.
