Case Study: Ulster Rugby streamlines stadium maintenance and completes 450 work orders with Cegid Valuekeep

A Cegid Valuekeep Case Study

Preview of the Ulster Rugby Case Study

Ulster Rugby's Maintenance Department Completed 450 Work Orders for 86 Different Operations With Valuekeep CMMS

Ulster Rugby, based at the 18,000-seat Kingspan Stadium in Belfast, needed a more user-friendly, mobile CMMS to replace their previous system, consolidate maintenance information on a single platform, ensure visitor safety, and manage 250 mechanical and electrical assets across 285 locations. To meet these goals the club selected Cegid Valuekeep and its Valuekeep CMMS solution to streamline stadium maintenance operations.

Cegid Valuekeep deployed the Valuekeep CMMS mobile app and reporting tools, enabling technicians to create and receive work orders on the go and centrally manage safety systems (fire alarms, PA, etc.), preventive and corrective plans, and costs. As a result, Ulster Rugby completed 450 work orders across 86 different maintenance operations, gained rapid access to maintenance reports for better decision-making, and achieved tighter control over work and maintenance expenditures.
