Proximus, a leading Belgian telecommunications company, was struggling with recurring workorder errors across tens of thousands of monthly plan activations, deactivations and changes—creating costly fixes and risking breaches of strict SLAs and customer satisfaction targets. To address this, Proximus partnered with SS&C Blue Prism and turned to Blue Prism intelligent digital workers to automate error resolution.

Proximus deployed an SS&C Blue Prism digital worker called “Camilla” to detect and correct issues across three systems; Camilla now handles more than 700 error corrections per month, helps Proximus meet SLA timeframes, and delivers faster resolutions that improve customer satisfaction.
