Running on Alida Sparq, Twitter Insiders gave teams fast, flexible insight with turnaround measured in days, progressive profiling for follow-ups, and full control over studies — enabling the insight team to drive pre-sales and ongoing campaign assessment. The approach increased advertiser engagement and revenue: Insiders contributed to 10% of gross revenue from Twitter industry partners, 85% of the Twitter sales team said insights prompted advertiser revenue opportunities, and 71% reported insights led to additional conversations and meetings, helping boost ad sales revenue.
