Vodafone better connects with customers by improving data usage via Adobe Experience League

Vodafone, the global telecommunications company, needed to scale Adobe skills across thousands of employees to drive more advanced, data‑centered digital marketing and create on‑demand self‑service learning. To meet this challenge Vodafone turned to Adobe Target, leveraging Adobe Experience League and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Analytics, Audience Manager) to provide role‑based training in analytics, audience management, and personalization.

Working with Adobe Target and Adobe Experience League, Vodafone curated learning paths into its LMS, added assessments and gamification, and delivered on‑demand modules that employees can access anytime. The result: teams were upskilled in weeks instead of months (MarTech reduced training time by roughly one‑third), onboarding sped up, travel and bootcamp costs fell, completion and adoption rates improved, and marketers became more agile in delivering personalized customer experiences.
