Xplornet, Canada’s first national 4G wireless network serving over 250,000 customers and 700 dealers, needed a scalable platform to automate customer acquisition, billing and payments across web, phone and mobile channels. They also required greater flexibility and a consolidated solution for national and dealer accounts to speed product launches and improve customer service.
Xplornet deployed Zuora’s commerce and billing platform (implemented alongside Salesforce) and extended it to their dealer channel, automating quote-to-cash processes including pricing, quoting, orders, billing, payments and customer care. The result: faster product and pricing iteration, a one‑year implementation timeline, and significant year‑over‑year revenue growth.
