Visiomed Group, a French pioneer in connected health, wanted to shift from selling devices to delivering ongoing care by launching BewellConnect, a teleconsultation and IoT-enabled personal health assistant, on a subscription model to meet changing customer habits and generate recurring revenue.
Zuora enabled Visiomed to launch quickly by supporting multi-channel customer acquisition (mobile and web), combined usage-based (daily) and recurring (monthly) billing, and payment collection. The platform also gave Visiomed direct customer insights, unlocked new revenue and cross-sell opportunities, and positioned the company to scale BewellConnect beyond France into markets such as the US, China and UAE.
