Unify, an Atos brand and a leading global communications software provider serving roughly 75% of the Fortune Global 500, needed to transform its Circuit collaboration product from a hardware‑centric offering to a cloud subscription service. The company required an order‑to‑cash system that could handle flexible per‑customer monthly billing, multiple service packages, ecommerce and free trials to support a “land and expand” strategy, but its processes and people were optimized for the legacy business model.
