Rapid growth — from roughly 300 signups per month to about 5,000, and 35,000 new accounts in under a year — made manually managing subscriptions untenable and created an urgent need for automated, reliable billing and subscription processes.
StackPath implemented Zuora Central Platform’s Workflow Builder to automate backend tasks (provisioning, integrations, customer communications and more), saving the billing team about 120 hours per month and eliminating daily manual work. The automation improved subscription controls and data consistency, simplified accruals and reporting, and enabled hourly executive dashboards to track conversion, lifetime value and other key metrics as the company scaled.
