By consolidating subscription management onto Zuora’s platform, Schibsted unified billing, payments, dunning, customer service and revenue recognition, enabling faster launches of new services (as quickly as one month), automated accounting, and reduced churn. The company migrated 494,586 active subscribers (a 582% YoY increase) and saw digital subscription revenue grow from 500 million NOK to 1 billion NOK.
