Zuora’s subscription billing platform automated Litmus’s back-end processes, handled complex daily bill runs (flat fees plus usage), and enabled instant upgrades, prorated refunds, and new pricing strategies. The result was improved customer experience and retention, the ability to support new currencies and packages for its growing user base, and better financial reporting to iterate pricing as Litmus scales internationally.
