The company turned to Zuora to support this transition and operationalize its subscription business model.
Zuora implemented the Zuora Central Platform for F5, including Zuora Billing and Zuora Collect, along with training through Zuora University. As a result, F5 improved its ability to track and execute subscription transactions, streamlined processes that had been difficult to manage, and strengthened support for subscription offerings across acquisitions like NGINX and Shape Security, ultimately improving the customer experience and building trust in its subscription products.
