Zuora Central was implemented in under two months to provide subscription infrastructure, automate billing, invoicing and revenue recognition, integrate with SAP, and enable e-commerce self‑service and pricing experiments. The quick rollout let Briggs & Stratton launch InfoHub on schedule, establish a repeatable subscription process, grow to 1,500+ customers, expand into larger customers and municipalities, and introduce a second subscription product.
