Haulotte Chooses Zuken for Integration with ARAS PLM

Haulotte, a global manufacturer of aerial work platforms and material handling equipment, needed a more powerful electrical design system that could connect electrical schematics and wire harness designs while integrating with its PLM environment. After years on another design tool, the engineering team turned to Zuken and its E3.series and DS-E3 solutions to improve efficiency and support more complex product development.

Zuken implemented a seamless integration between DS-E3 and Haulotte’s ARAS PLM system, creating a consistent, automated link between electrical diagrams and harness design. The result was more efficient engineering work, fewer manual low-value tasks, a reduced risk of errors and inconsistencies, and better documentation quality across departments; Haulotte said the challenges were overcome and strongly recommended Zuken.
