ConnectWise deployed ZoomInfo Enrich across its product portfolio to automatically enrich inbound leads and clean legacy CRM records, allowing fewer webform fields and faster qualification. Enrich updated and appended hundreds of thousands of records (including more than 360,000 email addresses and 200,000+ direct dials), matched 455,000 contacts, added job titles to 94% and job functions to 60% of matches — enabling quicker sales outreach, less manual research, and more effective, targeted ABM and marketing segmentation.
