SecurityMetrics, a security company that buys trade show and conference attendee lists to build pipeline, needed a faster, more accurate way to cleanse and import those lists into Salesforce. Using ZoomInfo’s Operations data management platform, RingLead, they wanted to replace a manual process that was time-consuming, inconsistent, and prone to duplicates.
ZoomInfo implemented Cleanse within the Operations platform to automatically identify existing contacts, match records to the right Salesforce accounts, and standardize imports. The result was a scalable workflow that helped SecurityMetrics process just over 200 lists, prevent 5,200 duplicates in the past year, and normalize 23,000 records year-to-date, improving data quality and speeding up sales pipeline creation.
