DataBank IMX deployed ZoomInfo Enrich to cleanse and append its combined database, quickly removing about 15% of unusable contacts, matching ~96% of leads and returning industry data for 94% of accounts. The improved data enabled a shift from geo- to vertical-based territory assignments, boosted call-to-connect rates to 85% (more than double prior levels), and doubled the number of qualified meetings, while accelerating the CRM consolidation timeline.
