DataBank IMX, a Kyocera Group company and North American provider of end-to-end business process solutions, faced a major data challenge after acquiring five companies: merging multiple CRMs left duplicate, missing and outdated records that hampered sales prospecting and territory planning. The sales organization needed accurate, up-to-date contact and account data to create a single source of truth and restore CRM effectiveness.

DataBank IMX deployed ZoomInfo Enrich to cleanse and append its combined database, quickly removing about 15% of unusable contacts, matching ~96% of leads and returning industry data for 94% of accounts. The improved data enabled a shift from geo- to vertical-based territory assignments, boosted call-to-connect rates to 85% (more than double prior levels), and doubled the number of qualified meetings, while accelerating the CRM consolidation timeline.
