ConnectWise, a business management software company, was challenged by inconsistent and incomplete data flowing into its CRM from various campaigns and webforms. To maximize its inbound conversion rates and improve data hygiene, ConnectWise turned to the ZoomInfo Enrich product from vendor ZoomInfo to append its leads with accurate information in real-time.
ZoomInfo implemented its Enrich solution to automatically update inbound leads and cleanse ConnectWise's legacy CRM data. The results were significant, including the enrichment of 273,000 direct dials and 361,000 email addresses. This allowed the sales team to qualify leads faster and connect with prospects more efficiently, while marketing gained the ability to run highly targeted campaigns, with job titles added to 94% of matched contacts.
