Groupon, a global e-commerce marketplace with over 6,000 employees across 20 offices, needed a scalable, reliable video platform to support its video-first culture—about 3 million minutes of conferencing monthly with 96% of meetings using video. Groupon transitioned seamlessly to Zoom, integrating roughly 275 SIP/H.323 conference rooms via Conference Room Connector and deploying about 100 Zoom Rooms, plus broad mobile adoption.
