TAURON Group’s customer service subsidiary, TAURON Obsługa Klienta, needed a modern contact center recording system that could capture all calls while meeting strict internal security requirements for high availability, data storage, and encryption. Working with ZOOM International and its partner Atende, the company sought a scalable solution integrated with its Cisco UCCX environment and accessible through a web interface.
ZOOM International implemented CallREC with contact center integration, High Availability, and LiveMON. The result was 100% call recording, and an internal audit confirmed compliance with security requirements; TAURON also expanded the deployment to more than 500 recorded seats, showing the solution’s scalability and strong performance.
