Egyptian Ambulance Organization, an emergency services provider in Cairo, Egypt, needed to record all inbound and outbound contact center calls for complaint investigations and security purposes. With 25 agents handling around 700 calls per hour on Cisco UCCX, the organization required a mission-critical system that would work 24/7. ZOOM International’s CallREC solution, implemented with support from Systems Engineers of Egypt (SEE), was selected to meet these recording and reliability needs.
ZOOM International planned the hardware requirements, recommended the correct servers, and helped ensure a smooth implementation through its engineers and project manager. The deployed ZOOM CallREC with UCCX integration has recorded approximately 8 million calls since installation two years ago, delivering always-on call recording across the organization’s operations.
