LoadDelivered, a US logistics and supply company led by VP of Business Development Robert Peck, faced a fragmented, highly competitive market managing about 30,000 trucking partners and manufacturer clients. Implemented in August 2016 by Operations Manager Hannah James and a development team, Zoho CRM was rolled out across 27 user licenses for inside and outside sales, immediately accelerating sales and delivering a clear return on investment.
