Selectra, a French comparison and contract-advice company founded in 2007, struggled with an in-house pipeline application that suffered frequent bugs and eroded employee trust, slowing commercial development. Seeking a stable, affordable CRM, Selectra evaluated options in 2015 and chose Zoho CRM to replace their failing system.

Zoho CRM provided configurable modules, workflow automation, telephony integration (with NewVoiceMedia), API access and marketing integrations, enabling non-technical staff to build processes in-house and scale operations. As a result, Selectra grew CRM users from ~80 to over 1,000, now handles about 50,000 activities and roughly 6,000 sales transactions per day, improved processing time and customer satisfaction, and achieved these gains at a fraction of competitors’ costs.
