Southern Cross Protection (SXProtection), a 90‑year‑old Australian security and investigations firm with more than 1,000 employees, a 132‑vehicle mobile fleet and roughly 16,000 site visits a day, was shifting from a businessmantra to a customer‑centric model. As their sales and marketing team grew to more than a dozen people, they found their Excel‑based pipeline and an operational dispatch CRM inadequate and needed a highly customizable system with a strong mobile app. In September 2015 they selected Zoho CRM to meet those criteria.
Zoho CRM was molded into SXProtection’s single system of record for sales, marketing and operations, and now supports over 800 employees across the business. Field staff use the Zoho mobile app to capture more detailed job information, management gains transparent, company‑wide visibility into the pipeline, and the company has expanded into other Zoho products (Zoho Expense, Zoho Projects, Zoho Reports). The result: faster responsiveness, better data capture in the field, improved executive tracking and strong value for cost provided by Zoho CRM.
