After two prior systems failed due to lack of Outlook integration and customization, CEO Jody Johnson turned to Zoho CRM to centralize and document contacts, protect client data, and provide an integrated way to reach out to prospects and customers.

Using Zoho CRM, ActionCoach consolidated prospects and clients in one system, built more than two dozen email templates, and gained visibility into progress and bottlenecks across engagements. Over three years the firm began using Zoho CRM’s “Potentials” to quantify deal value and prioritize revenue impact, improving opportunity management and giving leadership clearer insight into which prospects would drive the most revenue.
